This stuff is excellent! I used it for a few days and it didn't seem to be doing much, but then, all of a sudden, I realized I just wasn't hungry... at all! I usually have a problem eating in the evenings, but since I've been taking these, I just cruise through the evening and it's not until I'm ready to go to bed that I realize that I haven't been munching all night. I haven't lost much weight yet, but I've stopped gaining (I was on an upward spiral), so that makes me very happy. The only thing I'm doing differently is taking these. I consider that to be very effective. I will definitely be buying more of this.

Seems effective

Seems to help control appetite and to supplement serotonin supply for mood control. Have used for almost 60 days and lost some weight, perhaps added some muscle, but nothing miracle-like.
