Amazing!! but one issue

Pros:
1. Gives me great energy without the calories. Great pre-workout!!
2. Cheap form of caffeine
Cons:
1. Between 15-30 minutes after I take the pill I have to take a giant dump every time. So excrete before you start working out.

Best kind of energy

I haven't experienced any jitters or shaking feeling with these. Also, love that you can take up to 3 a day. There is no crashing from these you just go back to "normal" and as soon as you take another one, it picks you right back up!

These pills work great, I'm a huge fan. People may look at me weird for taking caffeine in a pill but hey, I'm the one getting the benefits! Take 1-2 before a workout and they do wonders
